ORDERING
Where do you ship? We currently ship within Canada. Expansion to the United States and international markets is coming. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we go global.
What are your shipping rates? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
When will my order arrive? Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Can I cancel or modify my order? We move quickly to get your order out the door. If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. After that window we cannot guarantee adjustments.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue on our end, contact us immediately and we will make it right. No questions asked.
THE FRAGRANCES
What is an Extrait de Parfum? Extrait de Parfum is the highest concentration of fragrance available, typically between 20 and 40 percent. All Alzorien fragrances are crafted at 25 percent concentration. This means longer wear, deeper projection, and fewer applications needed compared to Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette. Two to three sprays is all you need.
How long do your fragrances last? Expect 10 to 16 hours of wear depending on the fragrance and your skin chemistry. Extraits perform significantly longer than standard perfumes because of their high concentration of aromatic compounds.
How many sprays should I apply? Two to three sprays is the sweet spot for an Extrait. Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows. The heat from these areas activates the fragrance and helps it develop throughout the day. Less is more with a high-concentration formula.
Are your fragrances unisex? Most Alzorien fragrances are unisex or lean slightly in one direction. Each product page notes the gender lean clearly. Fragrance is personal. Wear what resonates with you regardless of how it is labelled.
Are your fragrances cruelty-free? Yes. Every Alzorien fragrance is cruelty-free and made without animal testing.
What is the difference between your fragrances and designer brands? Designer fragrances are built for mass appeal at volume. They are safe, predictable, and made for everyone. Alzorien is built for depth. Every formula is hand-crafted in small batches using high quality aromatic materials, designed to perform at a level most mass-market fragrances never reach. You are not buying a name. You are buying the work.
THE BRAND
Where are your fragrances made? Every Alzorien fragrance is hand-formulated in Canada in small batches. We do not outsource our formulation. Every bottle is built, tested, and released by us directly.
Why small batches? Small batches give us control over quality that large-scale production cannot. Every batch is tested before release. If it does not meet our standard it does not ship. This is not marketing language. It is how we operate.
Do you offer samples or discovery sets? We are working on a discovery set that will allow you to experience the full collection before committing to a full bottle. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when it drops.
Do you offer wholesale? We are selectively exploring wholesale partnerships with boutique retailers whose identity aligns with Alzorien. If you represent a store and want to start a conversation, reach out through our contact page.
How should I store my fragrance? Store your bottle away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool dark drawer or shelf is ideal. Avoid keeping it in a bathroom where temperature and humidity fluctuate. Proper storage preserves the integrity of the formula and extends the life of the fragrance.
