1. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada. We plan to expand to the United States and other regions soon.
2. What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $100 CAD: Free Standard Shipping (3–9 business days)

Orders under $100 CAD: Flat rate of $20 CAD (3–9 business days)
3. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days depending on your location.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
6. Are your fragrances long-lasting?
Yes. Each extrait de parfum is crafted at a 25% concentration, offering excellent longevity and performance.
7. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Alzorien fragrances are cruelty-free and made without animal testing.
8. How can I contact you?

9. Do you offer samples?
We are working on releasing a discovery set. Stay tuned to our Instagram and sign up for our newsletter for updates.
10. Do you offer wholesale?
Not at this time. We currently do not offer wholesale options.
