We currently ship to the following countries:

International shipping available (where permitted for fragrance products)

Please note: Due to regulations on shipping perfumes (which contain alcohol), we may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions. If your location is not eligible, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal service delays.

Shipment Restrictions (Perfume Products)

Perfumes contain alcohol, which is classified as a flammable liquid. Due to international shipping regulations:

We may use ground shipping for domestic orders.

International orders may be restricted or limited depending on customs laws.

We do not ship to:

APO/FPO addresses

P.O. Boxes (for fragrance orders)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alzorien  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages or Lost Packages

Alzorien is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
